Programme Outline
Media and Communication Systems MA Programme with thesis (English) lasts for minimum 4, maximum 6 terms.
In the first two terms of the programme, students are offered the following required courses: Media Theory I&II, Seminar I&II, Qualitative and/or Quantitative Research Methods. Students should also take 4 elective courses. They choose at least two departmental electives. Other than the courses offered by Media and Communication Systems Master’s Programme, the students are encouraged to choose from different fields since interdisciplinary work is regarded important by definition. Students who have successfully completed their courses may begin the process of thesis from the third term.
Required courses take place on weekdays between 19:00 – 22:00, elective courses take place between 15:00 – 18:00 and/or 19:00 – 22:00.
